Roberto Pizza Romana
A traditional pizzeria with an Italian flair, run by Roberto Catervi, an Italian chef who got his first Michelin star at the age of 27, and his wife Geneviève Parent, an outstanding head server. Their meeting was like something out of a movie: A Canadian tourist travelled to Italy to sample the local cuisine and fell in love with a dish; and the chef in question fell in love with her. Unwilling to leave her, the chef moved to Canada, and that’s where Roberto Pizza Romana was born. Enjoy local and Italian specialties prepared with passion, and experience love at first bite.
